Here is a list of our policies, all of which are extremely important to us and the Ministry of Transport. Please acknowledge them when hiring the Big Red Fire Engine.

Safety First!
Safety comes first at all events we attend, to comply with the Ministry of Transport public passenger vehicle act.

- At least one adult must be traveling with a group of children.
- Children may NOT sit on adults laps.
- No drinking (plastic bottled water acceptable)
- No smoking
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse carriage to persons deemed unfit.
- We are fully insured.

Conditions of Booking
Once a booking date & time are confirmed & deposit is paid, should the booking be cancelled for any reason, deposits are forfeited & can not be carried over to another date All clients will be contacted 1-2 days prior to booking date & 15min prior to arrival We endeavor to arrive at the appointment on time but subject to weather & traffic conditions we can arrives 10 minutes early/late Deposits can be made by Internet banking
